Yoga helps us to restore wholeness in body, mind and spirit. I currently offer ONLINE GENTLE YOGA and ONLINE GENTLE CHAIR YOGA every Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday via Zoom and regular YOGA WORKSHOPS ON THE FIRST WEDNESDAY OF EACH MONTH.
I’m Jeannette, a natural therapist whose passion is to empower you to enjoy life to the max. Waihi Beach Wellness grew naturally from my love of sharing natural therapies, yoga practice, my passion for preparing wholesome food for others to enjoy and Waihi Beach’s beautiful scenery.

Jin Shin Jyutsu is a healing art with a history of over 5,000 years. It is based on our own natural, innate ability to harmonise ourselves. I am an experienced and passionate Jin Shin Jyutsu Practitioner, offering workshops, both online and in person and treatments.
Some beliefs have been passed down to us and can block our happiness and health. Theta Healing is a way to heal, so we have more control over our health and life than we are taught to believe. The session can be either on zoom or in person.
A Half Day Retreat is time to unwind with a natural therapy treatment, some yoga, a delicious meal, a sauna or outside bath, a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra session in a restful environment.
YOGA WORKSHOPS
These workshops run on the first Wednesday of each month from 9am to 12 noon. Each workshop has a different focus. Included is Hatha Yoga, which focuses on a nurturing, gentle stretch; Yin Yoga, which works on a deeper level; guided breathing practices to connect body and mind; guided meditations and Yoga Nidra for deep relaxation.
JIN SHIN JYUTSU ZOOM WORKSHOPS
We are born to be happy – and it is possible for us all when we understand ourselves. 4 one-hour Zoom classes will introduce you to the art of Jin Shin Jyutsu. The next workshops are to be held in May (please see information in Events)
Join me via Zoom every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday morning and enjoy gentle yoga or chair yoga in the comfort of your own home!
